Dematic is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead all HR activities in the Benelux region, working closely with senior leadership and the global business to align HR initiatives with business objectives and needs.
Requirements
- Degree Educated in Human Resources or a related subject would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in an international organisation would be advantageous to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and manage employee relations effectively.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software, with the ability to analyse HR data and metrics.
- In-depth understanding of Benelux labour laws and regulations (Belgium & Netherlands).
- A high level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to manage change and influence the business culture amongst its people.
