Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix environment
- Proven experience partnering with and advising business leaders as a trusted HR partner
- Strong ability to coach managers and influence senior stakeholders
- Well organized and accountable with the ability to manage complex issues end to end
- Curiosity about markets, customers, and how commercial teams drive growth
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgement
- Comfort working across multiple countries and cultures
- Resilient, adaptable and continuously seeking improvement
- Curious and collaborative mindset, proactively seeking out a range of opinions and perspectives with strong partnership and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
