Regional Sales Director (m/w/d)

DENK PHARMA, a family-owned pharmaceutical company operating in over 80 countries, seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive profitable growth and achieve annual targets. The role involves leading international teams, developing sales strategies, fostering partnerships, and acting as a communication interface between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, sales experience, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally to build relationships and create new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies (Master equivalent) in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology, business administration, humanities, cultural studies & degree programs with an international focus or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in leading managers and teams through an inspiring personality.
• Several years of successfully proven experience in sales and product launches, ideally of pharmaceutical products or food supplements in dynamic markets.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiasm and joy in traveling to international sales regions (approx. 30%) and a sense of adventure.
• A strong cross-cultural competence.
• A forward-looking and commercial mindset.
• The desire to tackle topics independently and efficiently.
• A strongly developed customer orientation and sales mentality.
