As a Sales Director, you’ll take charge of regional growth with full P&L ownership and be solely accountable for driving revenue and hitting ambitious growth targets across the APAC region. You’ll lead the full sales cycle - from strategy to execution - building high-impact partnerships and expanding Tunz’s commercial footprint.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within mobile tech, app-based businesses, fintech, or martech ecosystems.
- Proven success selling and launching B2B digital solutions or partnerships in fast-paced, app-led environments.
- Strong network across super apps, digital wallets, and mobile ecosystem partners, with experience managing affiliate, reseller, or API-based channels.
- Solid understanding of app growth and analytics platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and their commercial models.
- Familiarity with eSIM, mobile data, global roaming, and digital distribution ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for execution, adaptability, and creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
