Patient Service Representative

Imagix Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating a team-based environment. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in the office, answering phones, handling patient inquiries, making appointments, and assisting with the completion of patient’s treatment plans.

Requirements

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
• Experience answering telephone
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
