Job Description
Dentons is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel specializing in Libyan law to join their team in Tunis, Tunisia. The role involves advising on legal matters, cross-border operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the Libyan legal system. The ideal candidate will have strong legal experience in Libyan law and a keen understanding of the legal and political landscape.
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Admitted to practice law in Libya
- Minimum of 3 years' legal experience, ideally cross-border or in-house
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
