Requirements

• Master's degree in business law or equivalent
• Bar admission in Morocco or abroad
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a generalist lawyer in private law business
• Bilingual French-Arab (written and spoken)
• Good mastery of English (written and spoken)
• Solid knowledge of company law, commercial law, and contract law
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
