Legal Counsel

Dentsu is a global marketing and advertising agency network seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen their team. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting the expansion of company strategy.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic
• 4-6 years of experience working with different laws across the region
• Specialised in contract law and corporate law, knowledge of Saudi Arabia law as an advantage
• Familiar with labour laws and government communications as an advantage
• Experience in a similar organisation or industry (media or e-commerce)
• Happy to work within a dispersed international team
• Open and transparent communication style
• Practical and commercially minded
• Experience working with external counsel
