As a Strategic Consultant, Business & Marketing Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering strategy, transformation, and change projects, defining growth strategies, and driving innovation. You will work alongside team members to enhance team capabilities and performance, and contribute to the financial and budgetary aspects of your projects.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of consulting experience with a strong background in Marketing Transformation
- Proven experience working across marketing projects
- Background of working at a leading Media, Marketing or Strategy House or Top Consulting firm
- Challenging conventional views and presenting ideas persuasively to gain buy-in
- Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation
- Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking executable solutions
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong collaborator who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship across complex matrix structures, both internally and externally, and manage significant stakeholders and key industry relationships
- Confident building relationships and presenting to C-suite clients
- Strong business and growth acumen, including a good understanding of complex business models and trends, as well as the ability to identify and seize opportunities that move the business towards strategic goals and a track record of unlocking new business growth
- Strong International mindset with experience working across markets with regional and global brands in a matrix organisation
