Job Description
Lead the design team and creative work with focus, commitment, and knowledge of design and art. Execute creative concepts, visualize ideas, and ensure brand tone and market positioning are reflected in creative works.
Requirements
- Execute creative concepts under the guidance of the creative director and collaboration with copywriter partners
- Find creative thinking to come up with big ideas
- Use various skills to present big ideas to customers
- Be responsible for creative work and lead the design team by example
- Lead, motivate, and develop the design team
- Act as the main point of contact for account management and project management team
