Job Description
We are looking for a Junior People Business Partner with a solid HR foundation and the ambition to grow into a strategic business partner role. You'll support business leaders with advice, context and clarity, while contributing to core people processes and team-wide projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Experience supporting managers and employees on a wide range of people topics
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
