Consolidation & Reporting Lead

We are seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Lead to join our Group Control team in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. As a hybrid role, you'll work closely with experts in Sales Operations, Finance, Hospitality, Recruitment, People, and Marketing to drive business growth and ensure seamless operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in group accounting, consolidation, and eliminations, with expertise in consolidation/reporting systems and a proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
• Around 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with Tagetik would be ideal
• Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracy of systems and processes
• Experience with consolidated accounting & (external) reporting, experience with IFRS is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate and present at multiple levels in the organization
