Job Description
Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound role at DEPT, responsible for proactively driving new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, expanding the agency's regional reach by using a range of inbound sales tactics.
Requirements
- Monitor and handle the Sales Inbox, mails, and inbound slack channels
- Pre-qualify and serve as the first point of contact for sales requests
- Route requests to New Business teams
- Support with the administration and clean-up of our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Support with the qualification of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) against specified criteria
