Job Description
As a Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound, you will be responsible for proactively driving new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, expanding the agency's regional reach by using a range of inbound sales tactics. This role is critical for early engagement and maintaining data integrity within the CRM system for early-stage leads.
Requirements
- Monitoring and handling the Sales Inbox, mails, and inbound slack channels;
- Pre-qualifying and serving as the first point of contact for sales requests (via mail and/or first call);
- Routing requests to New Business teams;
- Follow up with New Business teams to keep CRM updated;
- Support with the administration and clean-up of our CRM system (Salesforce);
- Support with the qualification of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) against specified criteria.
