They are seeking an Associate Director, Project Manager to join their Professional Services function at a critical growth stage. This role will involve managing projects, driving system implementation, and supporting client relationships.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business or Finance or relevant work experience
- PMP certification a plus, but not required
- 3+ years of active Project Management experience with software solutions in Finance or Treasury markets
- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and engagement economics (profitability)
- Knowledge of Financial Derivative structures and elements – Vanilla/ Amortizing/Embedded/Structured Swaps, Cap/Floor, Swaptions with Derivative Path EDGE fin-tech and/or other Risk Management software for Derivative Path client onboarding and implementations
- Understanding of Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange, Commodity asset classes as it pertains to transaction capture and the relevant economic details for Front, Middle, and Back Office processing and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Comfortability with data analysis and use of productivity tools like Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
