The company is seeking a Director of Data & Insights to lead the development of data ingestion, transformation, and distribution frameworks that support real-time decision-making and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform engineering
• 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience building and managing SaaS data ecosystems
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, synchronization, and distribution patterns
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native data architecture
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks
• Experience with data warehouses and data lake concepts
• Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-powered insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
