The role involves greeting patients, determining visit purpose, registering new patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling insurance, maintaining patient records, and offering discount programs. Candidates should be motivated, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in primary care is preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate electronic health computers/keyboard and phone system
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
