Job Description
We are an innovative manufacturing company seeking a Facility Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our building and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management, technical exploitation, and building infrastructure management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, technical exploitation, or building infrastructure management
- Experience working with external suppliers and service companies
- Administrative experience - contracts, budgets, documentation
- Practical experience with building systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, security systems)
- Skills in data analysis, trends, and deviations
- Balance between technical understanding and administrative control
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, registers, documentation)
- Good command of English
