Facilities Manager

Laborie is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the safe, sustainable, cost-effective, and efficient setup and operations of multiple facilities within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of regulated documentation requirements, ISO standards, and GMP. The role involves designing a facility strategy, managing maintenance, and leading the new facility commissioning and qualification process.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably medical Device or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with regulated documentation requirements, ISO standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience with Building Automation Systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Valid driver's license and transportation required
