HR Assistant

HR Assistant role at Destinus, a fast-growing aerospace company. The HR Assistant will support employees from their first day to their growth within the company, handling employee-related processes, and supporting teams and the wider HR function.

Requirements

• Act as the point of contact for all employees for HR related questions
• Manage offboarding processes
• Actively advise employees and managers on HR policies, internal procedures, benefits and employment conditions
• Maintain accurate up-to-date and compliant employee records
• Support payroll preparation
• Support employee engagement actions, internal initiatives and HR projects
