Job Description
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department in talent acquisition and recruitment. The role involves writing job descriptions, screening CVs, communicating with candidates, and implementing training and development programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field and first experience in an assistant role, ideally in recruitment.

- First experience in an assistant role, ideally in recruitment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership of recruitment-related objectives
- Resilient and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of recruitment tools and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German is a strong asset
