Legal Counsel

As part of the legal team, you will work on high-impact commercial and corporate matters in a fast-moving, international environment at the intersection of defence and advanced technology. You will support the company's expansion, navigate complex legal landscapes, and enable bold ideas to become reality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience at a reputable international law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Strong experience in commercial law and corporate law.
• Strong foundation in Dutch law, combined with an interest in comparative legal systems.
• In-house experience in an industrial startup, scale-up, or international environment is advantageous.
