Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you'll support both business units and act as a legal contact point for various commercial and regulatory issues within the Benelux and France, drafting, analyzing, and following up on commercial contracts, and providing legal advice to the business with a focus on commercial and regulatory aspects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law with 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate legal context
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing
• Proactive, solution-oriented business partner with strong communication skills
• Independent, accurate, and well-organized
