The incumbent will be responsible for managing the operations and control for all trade finance and loan products in Singapore and cluster head in the Asia countries.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Trade Finance and Lending Operation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant disciplines and fields
- Experience in trade finance and loan products, including the processes, documentation, due diligence checks, controls and payments
- Experience in managing teams with regional exposure, including projects and regulatory reporting
- Risk and control mindset with the ability to identify risk and implement robust controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including generating or ideate solutions through automation
- Proven organizational, multitasking and leadership skills
- Proficient communication skills, including managing audits
