The role is responsible for overseeing and managing Trade Finance operations and Lending operations team. The individual has accountability for budgets, risk control framework, vendor relationship and cost management. The role ensures that key process and risk indicators, controls, service level agreements and vendor management are adhered to and evidenced.
Requirements
- Manage/ Supervise Trade Finance & Lending Operations
- Translate business strategy/requirements into operational plans & ensure that new capabilities/services required by the business are delivered
- Drive continuous improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies
- Responsible for all Audits, Regulatory reporting and Compliance with all internal & external regulations
- Manage an environment in which all people can develop and apply their talents. Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports and others in the organization
- Drive the achievement of high performance of individuals through effective career management, succession planning and development within the function and career development, as appropriate
