The Investment Manager is a primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of investment capabilities, insights and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. This is achieved by working in close partnership with the Relationship Manager in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation, with knowledge and understanding of private clients and U/HNWI client needs
- 8 or more years of relevant investment experience
- Managing and/or advising on multi-asset class portfolios for clients across traditional and alternative assets
- Opportunistic/idea-driven investing and ability to work together as a team to support and contribute ideas
- Fluent in delivering a capital market outlook from both an investment strategist’s view (i.e., top down) and a manager’s view (i.e., bottom up)
- Experienced and comfortable in leading investment discussions in client one-on-one meetings and small groups
- Good understanding of the governing regulatory framework (e.g. RDR, MiFID II, etc.)
- Superior investment acumen with a strong understanding of various asset classes
- Superior analytical skills as well as being detail-oriented on both strategy and execution
- Excellent client-facing skills, excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
