As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you will accompany our customers on their way to modern, efficient, and digital processes. You combine technology, consulting, and methodology – and design projects actively.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in enterprise service management, ideally with ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Safe stakeholder management on management level
- Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to take on responsibility and move the team
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus – but not a must.
