Requirements
- Several years of experience in enterprise service management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Sound knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in project management or workstream leadership
- Safe stakeholder management at management level
- Routine in pre-sales or bid processes
- Very good German and English skills
- A willingness to take on responsibility and move something in the team
