Associate Medical Director, Preventive Care

Devoted Medical, a virtual care affiliate of Devoted Health, seeks an Associate Medical Director of Preventive Care to lead a clinical care delivery program. The role involves driving performance on KPIs, leading a team of nearly 200 nurse practitioners, and improving clinical quality measures.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a closely related primary-care specialty
• Active and unrestricted US medical license, and willingness to acquire additional state licenses
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in primary care or preventive care, with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Experience leading a care-delivery program of significant scale, particularly NP-led or hybrid physician/NP-led models
• Experience working within Medicare Advantage or other value-based care or population-health models
