Job Description
As the Director of Digital & Care Pathway Guide, you will lead teams who shape digital-first experiences for Devoted members and patients, ensuring speed, clarity, and trust in all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Oversee multiple operational teams
- Iterate and scale digital-first service pathways
- Owning operational performance across digital and phone channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, MXE, and Clinical teams
- Launch new workflows end-to-end
- Reduce friction and clinical/service handoffs
- Maintain high-quality SOPs, playbooks, and operational documentation
- Represent performance and member insights to senior leadership
- Build a culture of engagement, accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
