Palliative Care NP Manager

The Palliative Care NP Manager will provide expert clinical care for the Palliative Care Program and provide direct supervision of palliative care clinical staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Palliative Care Clinician
• 2+ years of experience leading front line clinical teams with accountability for team level outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to champion new initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes
• Great clinical and non-clinical judgment and ability to coach around performance to drive clinical effectiveness
• Deeply empathetic and humanistic, and want to go the last mile for our patients
