HR Customer Experience Advisor (German speaking)

We are looking for an HR Customer Experience Advisor (German speaking) to support the Customer Experience job, handling employee and line manager queries, and performing various tasks scoped as Customer Experience activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in handling HR Contact Centre or any Service Delivery center support
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Strong German language knowledge
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications to an advanced level, including Excel and Word
• Previous experience using cloud-based HR, EIC or SAP HR applications and systems desirable
