Requirements

• Provides higher level SME/Pre-Sales Engineering support for an assigned base of mid-size and moderately complex customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
• Generates accurate and timely design configurations for customer sales quotations.
• Conducts technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs.
• Coordinates internal technical resources to develop sales proposals and presentations and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) on complex, high-end solutions.
• Participates in internal meetings to create product packages, communicate and coordinate sales projects across departments, implement new products, solve problems and keep up-to-date with the company's information.
