Job Description
Pammys is seeking a CMO/Head of Marketing to drive growth from a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Europe. This role involves full responsibility for marketing strategy, performance, and team management, with a focus on scaling to a leading global footwear brand. The company operates with a team exceeding 80 and a revenue in the mid-8-figure range.
Requirements
- Completed BWL, Marketing, Economics or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing in the D2C/E-commerce environment
- Deep knowledge in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
- Strategy-strong and hands-on with campaigns, Creatives or Reporting
- Experience in leading larger marketing teams and managing agencies
- Entrepreneurial thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of e-commerce KPI logic (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CM3)
- Good German and English proficiency
