They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to manage a 7-digit budget across Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest. The role involves optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in BWL, Marketing, Economics Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Deep experience in paid ads for DTC brands
- Proficiency in Paid Ads, tracking, attribution, and data-based decisions
- Analytical, technical, and good German/English skills
- Structured, independent, and work with high budgets
- Fast-thinking, high discipline, and motivated to take campaigns to the next level
