Job Description
Pammys is a fast-growing e-commerce company in Europe, now seeing the growth phase in the USA and is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager / Media Buyer to manage paid advertising for DTC brands. This role involves data-driven decision-making, optimization of funnel, creatives, and audiences, and shaping the growth strategy of a brand in Europe. The company has a new branch in Hamburg.
Requirements
- Completed degree in BWL, Marketing, Economics, IT, or a related field
- Deep experience in paid advertising for DTC-brands
- Proficiency with Paid Ads, Tracking, Attribution and data-based decisions
- Analytical skills, technical proficiency and love of numbers
- Strong German and English skills
- Structured and independent work
