Job Description
Join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook and advance your skills in a fast-paced culinary environment. You will work in a scratch-based kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support team members. Opportunities for growth and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
- Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen.
- Work to support the team during peak and off peak service.
- Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
- Help to maintain the “A” lettergrade by following Department of Health and DIG food safety standards.
- Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold DIG’s anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.
