Job Description
Sous Chef role at DIG, Upper East Side location, responsible for supporting Restaurant Leaders, driving culinary and hospitality excellence, and leading a team of Chefs-In-Training. The role involves mastering every station, training teammates, and participating in pre-shifts, shift management, and training.
Requirements
- 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
