Software Development Manager

We're a leading, global security authority building DigiCert's next-generation AI Security & Trust Infrastructure. As a hands-on Software Development Manager, you'll lead a small team of developers responsible for designing, building, and operating distributed systems in hybrid cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years in hands-on technical leadership or management
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in AWS
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and data consistency models
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust (optional)
• Experience implementing CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), and observability pipelines
• Knowledge of security and trust frameworks (PKI, TLS, DNSSEC, DANE) is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach engineers, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
