Account Manager IT-Solutions & strategische Enterprise-Kunden-Entwicklung (M/W/D) (hybrid)

DIGIT4U is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage strategic existing customers in the enterprise sector. The role focuses on fostering long-term customer loyalty, expanding business relationships, and positioning innovative IT solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in a business or technical field or corresponding practical experience
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the enterprise IT environment
• Proven success in farming and expanding complex customer relationships
• Strong customer and solution orientation with strategic foresight
• Experience in selling IT services and projects
• Technical understanding and knowledge of common project methods (e.g., Scrum, Prince 2 etc.)
• Structured, independent working style
• Strong communication skills
• Negotiable German and English in words and writing
