As a Business Development Representative Manager, you'll lead a group of Sales Professionals who stand as the front line of our well-established Sales Organization. The BDR team is directly responsible for driving qualified leads and pipeline - we're looking for someone who can dive headfirst into this role and help us build and lead this organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in a BDR or sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience creating prospecting messages in the form of call scripts, emails, LinkedIn connects, and InMails
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales talent
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach)
