Requirements

• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience building automated process flows
• Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
• Experience working with APIs and developing integrations
• Coding experience (Python and/or Node.js)
• Experience working with Customer Service CRMs and OMS systems
