Director Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing and AI. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be passionate about startups and digital native enterprises, and have experience in cloud infrastructure and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an account executive or account manager for a technical product or experience as a sales or support engineer
• Cloud Infrastructure and AI experience preferred
• High autonomy, consistently anticipating needs rather than waiting for direction
• Ability to manage competing, complex priorities and ruthlessly re-prioritize efforts to focus on high-value activities
• Proven track record of refining and optimizing onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Skilled at cultivating deep customer partnerships and providing strategic account guidance
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and provide clear examples of process improvements
