Account Director

Diligent is seeking a highly experienced, strategic Account Director based in Dubai to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients ($1B+), drive revenue growth, and oversee the full account lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management, ideally in technology, GRC, or related sectors
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and align solutions to client business objectives
• Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple levels
• Autonomous & Self-Driven: Comfortable managing a portfolio independently, making decisions, and driving results
• Analytical & Insightful: Able to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Proactive & Outbound: Demonstrated success in sourcing new opportunities and building a strong pipeline
• Collaborative: Works effectively with internal teams while maintaining accountability for own accounts
