Job Description
Diligent is seeking a strategic technical leader to lead the future of GRC technology, building high-performing teams and delivering scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI/ML platforms, modern cloud-native architecture, and leading agile delivery at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong track record of scaling products and teams
- Passion for mentoring engineering leaders and building inclusive cultures
- Deep familiarity with modern cloud-native architecture
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and integrating AI into customer-facing products
- Understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and responsible AI principles
- Proven success in leading agile delivery at scale and fostering DevOps/SRE mindsets
- Sharp business instincts and excellent communication and influence skills
