Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire our engineering teams as we build and modernize world-class SaaS products. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall experience in software engineering, with 6+ years in leadership roles managing end-to-end delivery teams
- Proven experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS applications using modern technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical use cases in software development
- Hands-on experience with software architecture design, performance optimization, and distributed systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues and make data-driven decisions
