Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing a nationally recognized law firm with a rapidly expanding Health Care Transactions Practice Group in its Sarasota, Florida office. This is a compelling opportunity for a mid-level associate from an Am Law or top-tier firm seeking to focus on high-value transactions in the health care sector while gaining greater client interaction and leadership opportunity in a growing market.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactions with a focus on M&A and health care regulatory issues
- Prior Am Law or highly regarded firm experience preferred
- Familiarity with health care compliance and fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute) is a plus
- Florida Bar membership required (or eligibility to waive in)
