Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm in its search for an IP Litigation Associate to join its thriving Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. The firm's Litigation & Trial Department is seeking a skilled and highly qualified associate with at least 3 years of patent litigation experience to support its rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top law school
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patent litigation
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, or physics
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of the office, or ability to become admitted
