Job Description
Discovery Cube is seeking a Cafe Assistant Manager to support daily café operations, lead the café team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and committed to upholding the café’s values and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or café/restaurant operations.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or shift-lead experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain required manager-level certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
