Job Description
We are seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between event delivery and PA responsibilities.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg
- Right to work in the UK
